 When will my order be shipped?

We begin processing your order immediately, except for orders
placed after 12:00AM PST on Friday (they are not processed until Monday).
Our goal is to have the order shipped from our warehouses within 2 business days.
Weekends, holidays and unusually high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays
in the shipping process. When you order an item, and it is out of stock or back-ordered,
we will ship it to you as soon as possible. Please check our shipping section for
more information.

What if a product is sold out?

products are displayed in our stores. Nevertheless, some products may become unavailable
shortly after your order has been placed. When this happens, you will be notified
via e-mail that your product is on back-order; therefore, it is important that you
include a valid e-mail when ordering.
